The music for “World without End” (aka “Die Tore der Welt”) – successor of the tv-serial “Pillars of the Earth” – is an ambiguous soundtrack imo, for some of the tracks are perfectly fitting a period drama (or rather medieval drama), while others tracks just ooze soap opera-like, trivial and corny background music. Interesting, probably. But still worth a try. Thanks for sharing.
