I’m excited to hear this one. I love the two volumes of the Carl Stalling Project.
Always wanted the version of ‘Fingal’s Cave’ that accompanied the appearances of the character The Mynah Bird (originally called the Minah Bird) in the Caveman Inki cartoons. It has always been a great version of The Hebrides Overture by Felix Mendelssohn. Not that I have not got tonnes of versions of Fingal’s Cave, but they all tend towards the dark, whereas the Carl W. Stalling’s version has a lighter yet menacing touch. Hope it might be here, but I do not see a title that might be it…
