Personally I am not a fan of Brian Tyler’s work. Each piece sounds like any other of his works – or more like each track is like a cut-out of one, endless, meandering soundweb – without the distinct qualities of John Williams or Alan Silvestri, who both do have an unmistakable style, but at least compose various, more individual pieces. One could take Tyler’s music for “Yellowstone” and exchange it with “1923” or reverse, without difference (just editing time-lines). Just my opinion, but with any sensitivity for music this is obvious. As always thanks for sharing.
