Dear Maestroo7, the single tracks of an concept album have a collective meaning, and are not just randomely added songs… bands like Pink Floyd or Genesis and lots of others created records like in the 1970s and later. So in this case, Lloyd Webber and Rice recorded this album two years before the stage production musical came out in 1978.
