Laurent – bonjour! It’s fabulous this isn’t it? I’ve owned it for years on the Varese CD, and it is (in my opinion) the best version of the score. The RSNO under McNeely did a great job.
A real pity that track 2 cuts out after a couple of minuts. A problem on all download platforms. An issue Varsee have never addressed. Does the CD version run for the full 8 minutes? If so could someone please post it? Thanks
John – just checked and my CD runs a full 8 minutes and 24 seconds. No cut out. I’ve also just looked at the download file and it also runs to 8 minutes and 24 seconds.
John. Just listened to track 2 from the download link above – no issues at all. Plays right through. Guessing there’s been an issue when you downloaded it.

FYI, don’t hesitate to download this if you already have the OST version. It is absolutely worth having both.

Never knew McNeely composed for Vertigo…

Thanks Soundtrackman, I’ll download again and see what it’s like.
