I don’t know what means “the missing score” when there is “complete score” yet but whatever, it’s a wonderful surprise !!!
Thank you very much, Chris and Admin !
Hi Chris,
a backing word would have been nice because it seems so impossible that there could still be a “missing score”. In addition, no song titles! The mystery is complete! What is this treasure? I can’t wait to find out…
Hi, Laurent,
On this particular album you will find many tracks that do not appear on any of the previous releases. The quality of the sound is also 100%. I am currently working on a definitive version of The Sand Pebbles which should be quite pleasing.
Forgive my asking, but I find it hard to imagine there’s over an hour of material that wasn’t released on the 2-CD set from Intrada. Are these alternate versions (or alternate takes)?
Not everything that was recorded made it to the 2 CD edition. Using Foobar2000 you can listen to both albums simultaneously and play them according to the length of the track and then you will be able to judge for yourself.
Great work!! Thanks for you efforts
Congratulations for your work and the quality sound, Chris, and I Ican’t wait for the “sand pebbles”, that we all love !!! Thank you. Courage for this another big job !
Could you give the title names please?
Interesting. THANKS.
What missing score.?
Thanks so much, Chris!
Vaya Sorpresa, muchas gracias!!!
OMG! Thank you! 🙂
thanks
I’m listening to this now and I’m struggling to find any major differences? The only thing I’ve noticed that are different from previous released are the inclusion of source cues? Otherwise isn’t this just the isolated score??
This is all music that was released on the Intrada set, none of it is unreleased. Also this is a rather poor recording of the DVD isolated score, with really loud analog buzzing (which is where the extra frequency on the spectrogram is originating). You could’ve just ripped the uncompressed DVD audio to your PC.
Tl;dr don’t bother downloading, it’s all released music but in poor quality.
Thanks!
I’ll bit. Thanks!
wooooooooooooooooow, I didn’t know…. many many thanks for sharing.
Thank you very much Chris, excellent! thank you very much admin.
Thank you Chris! Cheers!
what a waste of time, thanks.
If you compare the 2 CD version with the “Missing Score” version you will notice that there is quite a bit of extra music. Some duplication was inevitable. Sorry if it wasn’t enough for you to warrant a 5 minute download to check it out.
not going to dl but thanks anyways for uploading such treasures for us always!
