Are these the recording sessions?. So there is no sfx right?. Can anyone confirm?. Would appreciate it. Thanks again for this wondrous upload.
No SFX. Actual official tracks. They leaked as a FYC score for the bafta awards.

Gracias por compartirla.
When you can’t get Zimmer because he’s busy doing Dune, Get this guy to ape his style. blindfold me all you want, but I can still tell off-brand grocery store cola from CLASSIC COKE.
You and me both 🙂 He did a good job but I felt at times, he literally had his paws in Zimmer’s library of ‘cues and effects’ cause it was all there. While it was okay, I am starting to wonder the taste Nolan has in music, as much as I love the guy, Zimmers work for Scott compared to Nolan is like two different worlds colliding. I loved Interstellar but the music was utter torture, too loud and a mess… on the score it had some beautiful elements but still at times it was just a jumbled mess of loud noise that wasn’t coming off that well. In the movie it felt like the sound editing wasn’t hearing well…
His personal taste can be Pink Floyd or Tangerine Dream, but doing movies he obviously wants everything to be [labeled] ‘super classy’ and fashionable, and in this decade having Zimmer or one of his followers/immitators hightens the chance of exactly that. Same with Villeneuve by the way: to completely miss (musically at least) such opportuninty as Blade Runner in favour of just some fashionable noisy mess with one OK theme was unforgivable imo. 🙁
Wow, are we really going to get a new Tenet release every month?
Thanks
If this is available in FLAC could you please add it? Thank you!
Can someone kindly explain what the signatures prefacing the tracks are all about, for example “1m01”.
For the record, I have never liked the commercial version of film scores that are typically released by labels. I ALWAYS prefer (whether it’s a fan compilation or a re-release or even a re-recording) a score that accurately reflects the way the musical cues were actually used in the film; not intended, USED. On that score, no pun intended, this is the ONLY version of the film’s music that I listen to. Thanks OnyX!
In regard to the somewhat unflattering comparisons to Hans Zimmer, I have tried to appreciate Zimmer’s modernistic “aural landscapes” over the years, but it just leaves me cold and irritated; they are a far cry from “Driving Miss Daisy”. For me, maybe for others, a great score, maybe even just a good one, MUST employ a level of musicality that features enriched melodies, even if only for the main leitmotifs. Think “Out of Africa”, “Jurassic Park” or “The Mission”. Call me old-fashioned but atonal bombast is more akin to sound design rather than film scoring. I really wanted to love Zimmer’s work on Dune, but, sadly, I couldn’t get through the experience and gave up barely fifteen minutes in.
Muito obrigado por mais essa trilha !
