Hate to break it to you guys but the second CD is just the contents of the first CD with a bunch of fanmade material tacked on. This has been floating around the web for years.
There is no real expanded version of this score, sadly.
Hate to break it to you but that “bunch of fanmade material tacked on” as you put it contains some of the best music tracks not on the official CD. Out of the 625 albums that I have shared on this site only 3 had mixed reviews. If it comes from me you can be sure that the sound quality will be the best avaialable, regardless of source . If the files are in WAV/PCM format the download could be tedious, but it’s free of charge, and most people can get on with other things while the album downloads, can’t they?
