“Midnight Ride” is like a B-movie resort for actors in desperate need of a job: Dudikoff, Hamill, Mitchum,… (poor Mark Hamill, he’s been a decent actor all his life, but nobody wanted him to be anything else but “Luke”) – But the real star here is the genuine 80ies-ambient soundtrack (the film was released 1990, which is still counting as late 80ies to me). The music is laid-back synthie ambient, only accompany to the story on-screen. Somehow Carlo Cordio’s score reminds me of David Shire’s work for “2010”, which was released 1984. thanks for sharing!

OK, more hints on Alan Silvestri’s style than David Shire, but then: Whatever. 😉
