Much Thanks!
Thanks a lot!
Can you re-up, please? Thank you!
Thank you very much!
Wow thank you !
One of the greatest disappointments growing up was the premature cancellation of the Planet of the Apes television series. When I first heard about the plans to produce a small screen version of the Apes movies, I was delighted. Finally, we would get to see the Apes world beyond the unsatisfying finale of Battle For the Planet of the Apes. I was only marginally discouraged when I learned the series would be a scaled down version of the original film and not a continuation. But hey, we did get the great Roddy McDowell in yet another Ape role as the young liberal chimpanzee Galen. And General Urko as wonderfully portrayed by Mark Leonard. And lest we forget: the awesome soundtrack by Lalo Schifrin of Dirty Harry fame. Here then is a walk down memory lane for those of us old enough to remember the adventures of Burke, Virdon, and Galen and for those who have discovered them on DVD. Thank you, DL-ST, for bringing this to us!
