Thanks! Grabbing this now, but odd how I want to wait until I’ve seen the movie to listen, but I’ll jump on the Dune score no problem.

Can U Upload The Art and Soul of Dune Soundtrack & The Squid Game Soundtrack & The Great Yokai War: Guardians Soundtrack
The Art And Soul of Dune won’t be out until the film’s U.S. premiere Oct. 22. Patience my friend. We’re getting close to it.
the art and soul of dune doesnt release until 22nd october. so u have 1 month to go still.
nice work
Love the score, better than Dune. Billie’s vocals in Home.
Finally, some melody score tracks from Zimmer compared to Inception, Intersteller and Dunkirk, etc. By the way, Why is Zimmer the composer for so many new films when there are dozens of others exceptionally capable?? I don’t quite get it!
Networking, alacrity, and cost. That’s how.
Laurent be like: “a hans zimmer post? people need to read my review about how much i disliked it!” [procedes to whine]
What a celebrity ! I am so confused! No problem for me, it was funny. Thank you.
But do not hesitate to give your opinion, your feelings, your recommendations or your warnings about the music proposed on the site and their composers. This place “COMMENTS” is not reserved for genuflections and thanks !
It is necessary to energize and enrich these “comments”. Only on and for music. So, let’s move on !!!
Thanks! i didnt expect this so soon.
Thanks
Wonderful soundtrack! A respectul homage to the musical mastermind of John Barry. Zimmer growing up!
The “respectful homage to the musical mastermind of John Barry” appears on 3 tracks only : one with the James Bond Theme ( Monty Norman is the author but arranged and used continually by John Barry) and 2 tracks with 2 themes from “on her Majesty’ Secret Service”. A good idea. It’s little and the rest is rather flat (particularly the main theme of “no time to die”). The title song is of an absolute sadness and languor, evidently making regret the time when, for example, Shirley BASSEY interpreted “Goldfinger”. It had another strength and a different bearing…
But this soundtrack of ZIMMER is actually better than “Dune”…That’s something !
Now, for the next “James Bond”, in order to restore musicality and energy, let’s hope to have Brian TYLER ((other suggestions : David ARNOLD’s return (of course), John POWELL, Michael GIACCHINO or even Danny ELFMAN (an interesting challenge for him, isn’ t it ?). Everyone has the right to express their feelings on such an anticipated music. The music on this saga is mythical and it is true that the memory of John BARRY must be respected. Fortunately, “James BOND will return”.
Nice!
Gracias anticipadas pero no seria posible en Flac.
En cuanto a Hans Zimmer sean loados los dioses por ser una típica de 007 y no los desastres esperimentales a los que nos tiene últimamente acostrumbados el Sr. Zimmer.
Thanks!!
I agree 100% with everything Laurent writes about Hans Zimmer in this comment section and the one under DUNE.
EVERYONE has the right to have an opinion, good or bad, NOBODY has the right to attack or silence those whose opinions differ from theirs.
Hans Zimmer has done more harm to the art form of film music than any other film composer. He is a producer using several ghost writers to do the work for him and takes credit and the big money for it. He’s become the shame of Hollywood. He has composed some great scores in the 80s and a few in the 90s, but he didn’t create anything truly excellent on his own in the last two decades.
Thank you very much, John.
I think it’s YOU who is that “shame”….but of film score buffs. HOW DARE YOU speak ill of Hans Zimmer?! He is the greatest composer working now, and one of the GREATEST of ALL TIME, up there with Williams,Goldsmith,Rozsa,Waxman,Steiner and Newman.
Non sens ! How can you compare Hans ZIMMER with John WILLIAMS, Jerry GOLLDSMITH, Miklos ROZSA, Franz WAXMAN, Max STEINER and Alfred NEWMAN ??? He’s no match for them…Now, I will not say that you are “the shame”, because there is never any reason to attack people !!! What I think of you is of no interest to anyone and we should only talk about music and composers. Have a good day.
Hans ZIMMER is a professional sufficiently aware of his own talent not to claim himself to be better than the mythical mountains you cited (and there are many others: Erich Wolfgang KORNGOLD, Dimitri TIOMKIN, Victor YOUNG, Elmer BERNSTEIN, Lalo SCHIFRIN, Ennio MORRICONE, John BARRY, James HORNER, etc.). And compared to the “new generation”, he is certainly not the best today, with all due respect. It is up to him to become one, by working a little more… But you have the right to adore him, no problem with that ! Everyone has his own musical taste.
Let’s take a concrete example (since it is not enough to affirm) with the famous score of ZIMMER for the peplum “Gladiator” and compare it with other scores for peplums, by these composers that you put at the same level as him :
– Ben-Hur, King of Kings, Quo Vadis, Sodome and Gomorrha (Miklos ROZSA)
– The Fall of the Roman Empire (of which “gladiator” is the remake), Land of the Paraohs (Dimitri tiomkin)
– Samson and Delilah (Victor YOUNG)
– Cleopatra (Alex NORTH)
– The Ten Commandments (Elmer BERNSTEIN)
– Demetrius and the gladiators (Franz WAXMAN)
– The Egyptian (Bernard HERRMANN and Alfred NEWMAN)
– The Robe (Alfred NEWMAN)
Would you say that “Gladiator” is “up there with” these eternal Masterpieces ?
I look forward to your arguments. Thank you.
Hard to disagree. Cheers !
this album and “Dune” appear to be down for “file server maintenance. but ll the other albums on the site work. What’s going on?
All this link says is “File Server Mainteneance”. Can this be re-uploaded please????
Thanks! (with some foreboding)….
can someone please tell me why “Dun” and “No Time To Die” are “down for file maintenence” and EVERY other album on this site is up and running?
Gracias por compartirla.
Link not works…. i have an error message.. 🙁
Please re-upload this. All Hans Zimmer’s new works:this and both Dune albums are inexplicably down while all other albums are working.
Many other links are not working as well. I think this is an issue on Hotlink’s end.
File server maintenance??? MP3 saludos chile
Hi Laurent, I quite liked some of Zimmers work, maybe not all soundtracks but certain tracks were pretty cool, like “the battle” from gladiator. “Mollosus” from Batman begins. “Train” “devoes revenge” and “chase” from the peacemaker. Track 1 from the soundtrack to angels and demons. The main theme in man of steel. All three king fu panda soundtracks. The dark knight soundtrack. The main themes from broken arrow and driving miss daisy. “Mutiny” and “role tide” from crimson tide. The Rock soundtrack. I must admit his music is sometimes hard to appreciate. But I love hearing a main theme from a movie. Like mark mancina’s speed, speed 2 and Twister. Or any number of alan Silvestri soundtracks. Danny elfmans Batman soundtrack. Or one of the many John Williams soundtracks. I love movie scores. Can you listen to just a few tracks of the Hans zimmer ones I mentioned first off and tell me what you think of them please
Thank you for your message “constructive” and open to dialogue (which often seems difficult as soon as one dares to criticize the current Hans ZIMMER). Because I never challenged the great talent of ZIMMER, of which I was a fan until the early 2000s.
I like (like everyone else) for example “Rain Man” (1988), “Driving Miss Daisy”, “Days of Thunder” (1990), “Backdraft” (1991), “A league of their own” (1992), “the lion king” “drop zone” (1994), “Broken arrow” “the Rock” (1996), “Pearl Harbor” (2001) “the last samurai”, “something’ gotta give” “King Arthur”(2004) “the holiday” (2006)… But I regret since then that he has moved away from the musicality of his previous works. He became the head of a company, with many employees “doing ZIMMER by the kilometer”, without soul. The orchestra and the musicians disappear in favor of the computer and ambient music, without theme, with deafening percussion or endless waiting musical tracks. And you are quite right on this point: I also think that a great film music needs a real main theme ; Even several if possible (John WILLIAMS is the master in this field, for more than 50 years; Danny ELFMAN’s Batman soundtracks are great, like his 2 “Spiderman” by the way, like Mark MANCINA for “Speed”, I am totally agree with you). This is no longer the concern of Hans ZIMMER…
You give me listening tips, it’s very nice and I will “try” them again ( For “Kung-Fu Panda”, I think it was John Powell who did all the work”, like Klaus BADELT for “Pirates of the Caribbean”).
I note that these are scattered pieces on a complete work, however. In any case, I very much appreciate your approach and I hope I have answered, if not clarified, your questions. In short, I am not a visceral enemy of Hans ZIMMER’s music, as you may have read. I just regret that he wastes his talent by giving in to the ease of the virtual. With 2 extended chords, on computer, you make 1 minute… It didn’t happen emotionally. Good music is heart…and work, right? Everyone has the right to have their own musical tastes, I repeat.
Thank you again anyway for your comment. Have a good day.
I absolutely agree. You saved me from writing the same things. I think David Arnold is the best composer of the new bonds.
Admin… all I keep getting when I try to download this OST is the message: File server maintenance.
I hope this will change soon, but still no sign of it doing so. 🙁
When the servers fixed, it’ll work
ok thanks for the information
Can you not upload to a different file server? This seems to be going on and on, pardon my scepticism, but seems very odd that just the two latest Hans Zimmer OST’s should be affected.
Official release in a few days
the person on here hating on Hans Zimmer needs to get cancer. Lord Zimmer is the greatest composer working today….PERIOD. Please go get an education
“Needs to get cancer”? What kind of twisted asshole makes that kind of remark based on a disagreement about musical tastes?
Admin, I hope you’ll be deleting that sicko’s post (if not banning him outright from your site).
Hi, Ven, I agree with you. Such statements are unacceptable.
Thank you.
ADMIN – please can you remove both this post and this user? What an APPALLING comment to make
Hi Soundtrackman,
I agree with you too and thank for your intervention, useful to all.
Awesome
finally HotLink says file isn’t there anymore 🙁
please reup.
Is there any word of a sketchbook album for no time to die soundtrack?
Hello! Can you please download Casino Royale Soundtrack Deluxe Version (2006)
At Last!!! THANKSSSSS!!!
A whole lot of comments on this soundtrack. My two cents worth…
Not what I was truly expecting. Guess I was expecting something original, perhaps based upon Billie Eilish’s Theme, but this is none the less interesting. Not sure if it is a tribute too, or just a rip off of previous James Bond soundtracks. I detected the obvious (On Her Majesty’s Secret Service – whole dollops of Barry’s music taken pretty much as wrote), but there was also obvious bits of the music taken from all those who had done the Daniel Craig era music, from David Arnold to Thomas Newman. Less obvious was bits taken from Michael Kamen and Eric Serra. Strangely there was also huge chunks lifted from Zimmer’s other scores, most notably his efforts for the Pirates Of The Caribbean sequels and especially from the Nolan Batman scores, one track was lifted virtually the same as a track from the third and worst of that trilogy of films. This was a strange mishmash of quite a few James Bond scores, all knitted together quite seamlessly. That in itself was quiet genius as many of the Bond scores are quite disparate, despite similar themes throughout. I’ve decided to call this a tribute to past Bond scores rather than just a crib of them.
Did I like it? Well yes actually I did.
Was It good? After copying some many other brilliant scores how could it not be good, but it could so easily have gone the other way. I did think that including music from films not in the Bond Franchise was a bit off though. So yes it was good but a bit lazy.
Zimmer is far from the genius some fans in this line of comments make out that he is, but he is no slouch either. Just a bit derivative is all, but then so was David Arnold really. In fact all the later musicians invariably end up copying the brilliant John Barry in the end, and that even included John Barry who was, in the end, copying himself.
I’d give it an 8 out of 10. Maybe generous, but it was knitted together so well.
Thanks Admin, you’re the guy
Thanks a LOT !!!!!
I’m going to take it that, “re-up to official release” doesn’t mean that anything about the original upload has changed.
Cheers.
ps. As far as the Hans Zimmer debate goes; two words: The Oil.
WTF is going ON??????? First it says “file maintainenece” for like a WEEK, now it says “ERROR NO FILE”!!!! What is going ON, and FIX THIS!!!!!!
dude, chill. there have been a few isolated instances where files have been unreachable or an error message has been generated. don’t be a dick. drop the Admin a polite message and he will fix the problem ASAP. Anyway I’m sure this one is on Spotify or Apple Music as well?
Yeah Pekin take it easy. Or just buy it on online if you want it so badly!
thanks for rerip. appreciate it.
after generating link it says no file found. dont know whats wrong.
The file has been deleted. Unfortunately. There is a chance to upload it again, but under a different name to avoid such a quick removal?
The Link is not working ..
Can someone tell if the no file issue has been fixed. Please?.
re-up mp3
thanks a lot admin. appreciate it.
That is incredible. The change in sound quality is so apparent with this new version. Bravo Admin and Thank you so much
Thank you very much.
And, thanks again.
Zimmer now has a set of specifications to accomplish over a given timeframe and he has to return his copy on time… .. there is nothing more to be expected artistically from this composer.
there is nothing more to look for in terms of originality either with him, he is a composer like the times in which we live; a recycler, a hacker, a talented composer of course, but who is in the service of a machinery that makes banknotes, he is no longer in the service of music or artistic creativity for a very long time, but he coordinates his scores like a good metronome, in a disconcerting linearity.
To compare him to Morricone, for example, is total heresy! Hollywood built golden bridges for Morricone to work for them during his so called period; “American” he always declined the offer …
To compare him to Barry, Williams, Goldsmith and all the others previously mentioned is a second heresy…. all of its composers have left a lasting mark on film music and its history they were all creators and sometimes precursors //// Zimmer, recycled … .With talent sometimes, but that’s it… ..
this score is the perfect illustration! not unpleasant to listen to with a certain dose of formatting for ears to calibrate in the low frequencies, bad orchestration, recycling of the wonderful theme of J.Barry, in Yankee sauce… ..brief! a score among others that will not mark anything or anyone in the long term.
“HERESY” hahahaha, What are you? a priest of music? The “scholar” on duty is never missing
Excellent analysis. Thank you.
@jes
don’t misunderstand my intentions on Zimmer, he’s a composer that I like on certain scores, but without being a “scholar” you can’t say anything and everything either. Hans Zimmer is a very good composer of film music, he is skilled and knows his solfege well, but what differentiates a J. Williams, Goldsmith, Morricone etc … from a Zimmer is genius. ….
other than him, are much more musically creative than Hans Zimmer ….. Did you listen to Gabriel Yared’s rejected “troy” score?
this is an example …. but this is a parallel example.
I join @Laurent on his favorite scores of friend Zimmer, I would add “the thin red line” good day to all.
Thanks. I look forward to hearing it.
Thanks a LOT !
Add bonus tracks
thanks for bonus tracks admin. but does the folder contain 320kbps Mp3 or only FLAC?. if not could you please provide link for mp3 as well. would prefer that. thanks.
Does the bonus track folder also contain mp3?
The four bonus tracks were not included when I downloaded just now…
Zimmer was brought in last minute as the original composer (Dan Romer), pulled out before post-production. In that sense, the score is really not too bad. Yes, he borrows from Barry’s OHMSS cues a few times, but in the realm of the story, I quite like it. Having said that, Billie Eilish’s theme is horrid. It is a slow, plodding re-hash of Skyfall and Spectre and has no life to it.
Hi Admin, It has come to my attention that there is also an incidental music soundtrack for this film. According to the MGM music channel on YouTube, there are 14 incidental tracks, including the track ‘We Have All The Time In The World’ as sung by Louis Armstrong (originally from On Her Majesty’s Secret Service). Can you find this second disk and post the tracks here please.
I see that you have posted extra bonus tracks already, which if I had not reopened this page to post this comment I would have missed. Please point out updates to the already posted OST’s when you do this. Once I have downloaded an OST I rarely go back to the page of that OST, the exceptions being that I forgot I had already downloaded it, or something went wrong with my copy on my PC (Six defunct Hard Drives so far, some of which contained my music files.). Perhaps if you find the incidental OST, you will attach the same set of bonus tracks to that so that those, like me, who missed the update, can then get that as well.
Thank you anyway.
Apologies Admin, I see that you did post a comment about the Bonus Tracks update. Probably I missed it because I was off the internet for a couple of weeks this month due the the stupidity of the local telephone company. Thanks.
