Danger: Diabolik Soundtrack (by Ennio Morricone)

First saw the movie this is from when I was a kid. For many years I did not know what it was called, but tried to search it out with little success. Then I had some luck and found an old magazine with the name and some pictures. The search was then on to find the film, but it was not until it got released on DVD was I able to get a copy. I had not given thought to an actual soundtrack, especially as the film itself is rare enough. So very much thanks for this. For those who do not know, Diabolik is a “terrorist” and “thief”. He and his girlfriend, Eva Kant (Kant being from the old German for a certain ladypart) are out for only their own pleasure. The film, based on the Italian comic, is a cult romp from the 60’s. Lots of naughty fun. I believe that Sky TV and some Italian producers are making a 13 part series which hopefully we’ll get to see sometime soon, and maybe hear a cool soundtrack, like this one, from it.
