Franco Piersanti switches between classics (the guitar and piano pieces are beautiful) and vintage-like Italian filmmusic (sax, mellow orchestra). This OST has an overall nostalgic sound, which is perfectly alright withthe time-set of the movie. There are no modern, electronic soundscapes like in earlier works (the 1995 “La seconda volta” for example). I believe Piersanti is one of the few composers from around the turn of the millenium, who still put thought and feeling in their compositions in relation with the respective films. Thanks for sharing.
