Beyond Borders Soundtrack (by James Horner)

Thanks for this one! I’d totally forgotten this was Horner. 🙂

I am sad beyond words. It is official, Horner died in a plane crash. He was only 61 years. His music hit me from a very early age, even before I developed an interest in classic music I developed an interest in classic soundtracks. I bought every album of his I could get my hand on, studied his music, started composing myself. Now reading the news, I am shocked, at the same time realizing that this veneration I shared with thousands and thousands of others around the world. He was a giant, restless in his work and creativity, and it pains he had to go before his time and leave so many mtifs unheard for us. Rest in Peace, James!
