;-( R.I.P. “Jean-Paul Belmondo” 1933 – 2021 )-; (-; THX for ALL Your Great Movies 😉
Thank you
Hi Admin,
Thank you very much. You realize all the dreams of movie music fans in a great way! Speed and perfection: the Best Admin all the way !!! Thank you again.
It is a work of the French beginnings of Alexandre DESPLAT, before experiencing an international career.
The main title has accents of Ennio Morricone… And the link is made: MORRICONE has put to music many films by Jean-Paul BELMONDO, who does the tandem with Alain DELON for “1 chance out of 2”, a nod to their 2 huge careers and very pleasant to watch. A tribute of course to the immense French Star Jean-Paul BELMONDO “, our national “Bébel” who left us yesterday. R.I.P and thanks for all the joy you gave us during so many years. The French cinema is orphan. But his films will always be there. Hi the artist!!!
RIP Bébel.
Thank you for this! I’ve been looking for it and it was seemingly only available on YouTube as a suite.
Alexandre Desplat: chameleon composer, imitator and skilful orchestrator capable of imitating the style of other composers. Has never composed a personal piece. His musical style: not to have one.
We can still recognize the style of John Williams, Morricone, Barry, Philippe Sarde, Delerue, and so many others…. Desplat adapts to what the production requires. He is the cheap one.
