An interesting one, or rather a curious soundtrack. One of the most popular composers of film-music was contracted to make the music for this French flick that marked the bottom of Jerry Lewis career (who actually never wanted this film to be released in the US). I find it particularly interesting that the typical Silvestri-sound – we know from so many movies – is missing. Instead Silvestri fills in the gaps between easy-listening radio-music and overbearing yet elaborate orchestral pieces with unremarkable synthie-music that could as well have played in the background of an aerobic-course or in an elevator… Thanks for sharing some Alan Silvestri as I never heard before!
