Thanks very much for posting this. You wouldn’t happen to have Kamen’s Concerto for Electric Guitar as well, with Tomoyasu Hotei? That album is very hard to find.
@Stazoola that album was on YT for the longest time. It may still be there. I grabbed my mp3 off there. Although the Clapton live version is far superior.
Nicole – Already grabbed it off YT. I was just being greedy and hoping someone with a higher quality copy might make it available. But I haven’t heard the Clapton version yet. Will get on it.
@Stazoola- glad you found it. I hear you on the better quality, but as far as YT mp3’s go I guess it’ll do til something better comes along. Pls seek out the Clapton version. Although only soundboards exist AFAIK, it’s still more dynamic & alive, though Hotei’s version is technically pretty perfect. Still praying for an official Clapton Orchestra Night version though. Clapton says it’ll never happen, as he wasn’t happy with the recordings, hence the bootleg soundboards we have to make do with. Oh well.
