Great Thank you 🙂
Thanks for the FLAC! Cheers!
Gracias por compartirla.
One of the worst movie ever made yet brought you by the talented Goldsmith.
Thank you very much.
Admin : Love to see hear the “new” 2024 release of this https://www.qobuz.com/gb-en/album/inchon-jerry-goldsmith/x7gu9h9q54zqc
Just Nico: Yes, the movie is wretched, but the music is great! This concept of “bad movie, good soundtrack” happens quite a bit. Think of movies like The Swarm, Krull, and The Last Jedi. All are considered “bad” movies (generally speaking, they have their fans of course), but their soundtracks feature amazing work by Jerry Goldsmith, James Horner, and John Williams, respectively. Then there is “good movie, bad soundtrack”, like all the great films Han Zimmer has scored (imho). 🙂
Gary Seven – poor take on Zimmer. It’s a bit of a lazy trope, and when you call the soundtracks to Interstellar, Lion King, Inception, Da Vinci Code, Gladiator, The Last Samurai, The Thin Red Line “bad” then your honest opinion just seems ridiculous.
Soundtrackman – As I said, “imho”. I think Zimmer is the most overrated (and overused) composer in the history of film music and I don’t enjoy listening to his work. If you find the scores you mention enjoyable, great! As for your assessment of my opinion, I’m sorry, I just don’t find his music to my taste. I realize that I’m in the minority, which is why I made a bit of a jest out of it. I guess I’m just not one of the enlightened ones who have the ability to appreciate his genius. 🙂
